You can cancel for free on the app upto 12 hours before your appointment. After this, up to 6 hours before will be charged 50%. Less than 6 hours will be charged in full. Please contact us on a message via Instagram or Facebook.
All appointments are subject to being moved by 10 minutes to accommodate another booking slot - if this happens you will be alerted by text message. Please always feel free to contact us on Instagram or Facebook.
No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost.
You will be classed as a no-show if you are 10+ minutes late.
